What to do when you find yourself in a life threatening situation without a gun nearby?
This class is your answer to that question. We are offering an empty hand self protection course for when you do not have a gun or are unable to access your gun. The material in this class is easy to learn, simple to perform, taught in a safe manner, and is extremely effective. You are taught exactly how to handle real-world criminal violence should you need to. The training is appropriate for people of all physical and fitness abilities. No previous martial arts or self defense experience is required. Adults of all ages are welcome.
Required Equipment:
- Comfortable clothing
- Tennis shoes or socks worn in training

Things To Know:
- Bring Government Issued ID
- Must be 18 or older to participate
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration and to start on time
- If climbing stairs is an issue please let us know so we can accommodate
