Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

Select Fire offers classes, Private Instruction and Lane Reservations that can be made in-store and online. Below are the Cancellation and Reschedule Policies for our services that require registration.

SELECT FIRE CLASSES

When you register for a class, your seat is reserved exclusively for you. This prevents someone else from registering and ensures proper attendance for the class to be held. We understand unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible.

To reschedule a class, please contact us at 440-973-4350 during normal business hours. If an instructor issue results in the cancellation of a class, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Rescheduling Policy:
-Flat reschedule fee: $30
-Limit: One reschedule per registration

Refunds will NOT be issued for CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS or NO-SHOWS.


SELECT FIRE PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

To reschedule Private Instruction, contact 440-973-4350 or your instructor directly.

Rescheduling Policy:
-Flat reschedule fee: $30
-Limit: One reschedule per session

Refunds will NOT be issued for CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS or NO-SHOWS.


SELECT FIRE LANE RESERVATIONS

Require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your Lane Reservation.
No rescheduling fee applies.
Limit: One reschedule per reservation.

Refunds will NOT be issued for CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS or NO-SHOWS.


SIMULATOR POLICY

-Maximum of 3 shooters per session
-Time begins once the simulation starts — please arrive early for setup
-All participants must follow Simulator Safety Rules
-Reservations are non-refundable for CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS or NO-SHOWS

Simulator Damage Fee: $250
Customers found abusing or causing damage to the Simulator will be charged a $250 fee.
