Select Fire Training Center is currently hiring for a Retail Associate/Range Safety Officer position.

This is a part-time role (10–15 hours per week) with a focus on weekend shifts.

This position combines customer service and range safety responsibilities. You’ll be working directly with customers in the retail space while also helping maintain a safe and professional environment on the range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with purchases and general questions
• Process transactions and maintain an organized retail space
• Monitor the range and enforce all safety protocols
• Conduct safety briefings and support range operations
• Address safety violations in a confident and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and attentive
• Comfortable engaging with customers in both service and safety situations

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be available to work weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.

Firearms experience and/or RSO certification is preferred but not required. Training opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
