Ladies Only Defensive Handgun Class (Level III) (3 hours – 1.5 hours of Classroom/1.5 hours in the Range)

Cost: $75.00 (Prerequisite: Intermediate Handgun Class from SFTC or Equivalent)

This class is the next step up from the Intermediate Handgun Class. Defensive Handgun Class will teach you how to safely carry and draw your weapon, address a critical threat and improve accuracy and distance and prioritize multiple targets for maximum efficiency. This class if for women who have completed the defensive pistol class or a minimum solid shooting background. The Defensive Handgun Class is a 3 hour class with approximately half in classroom instruction and half in range instruction with live fire in a private and safe setting. Student to Instructor ratio on the range is maximum 4 to 1.

THINGS TO KNOW:

• Bring Government Issued ID
• Must be 21 or older to participate
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration and to start on time
• If climbing stairs is an issue, please let us know so we can accommodate
• Handgun Optional, If you do not own a handgun SFTC will provide one for free
• 22LR and 9mm ammo will be provided. Any other ammo type is available for purchased or BYO (minimum 100 rounds)
• Eye and Ear protection provided free of charge (feel free to bring you own if you prefer)
• Wear closed toe shoes and no low cut necklines
• Class will incorporate material from USCCA Women’s Defensive Pistol
• A good attitude, ready for a fun learning experience!
